Hi, I’m Adriana Adelé
Through yoga, I hold space for intentional movement, deep rest & breath, radical self-inquiry, Black well-being, learning/unlearning, & affirmation of our innate wholeness as individuals in service of the collective.
practice together
in class we:
weave movement + breath + contemplation + meditation
we do more than just move by weaving in pranayama (practices to expand vital energy) + mediation + contemplation to enrich & embody our practice.
cultivate + catalyze radical self-study.
we practice integrating discernment + grace into our beings and through compassionate curiosity inquire & release underlying conditioning that seeks to block access to our divinity. we seek to study our individual self as a means to connect with + support the collective.
nourish + affirm our inner knowing.
in a toxic dominant culture of capitalism + supremacy, slowing down, getting clear, and tuning into our divine deep knowing of the Self is a radical act, particularly when practiced by Black + Brown people and folks at the intersections of identities made marginalized. we practice affirming our inner wisdom by emphasizing autonomy + discernment in real time, breath by breath.
