Come join me for a pop-up yoga class at Athleta Philly! Start your weekend off right with an all levels, donation-based yoga class that will be benefiting Girls Who S.L.A.Y. (self-love and yoga). Girls Who S.L.A.Y.is a week long summer camp, being offered in partnership with Root2Rise, for girls ages 11-14 to explore the benefits of yoga, self-love, nutrition, breathwork, and so much more. Suggested donation $5-10.

Join friends and self-care enthusiasts Adriana Adelé, RYT-200, and Jessica St. Jacobs, professional counselor, as we hold space for women of color to practice caring for ourselves and each other through curated movement, warm conversation, and community.

This self care session will include:
- A rejuvenating and restorative yoga session designed to relieve stress and release tension
- Facilitated discussion centering the dynamics of familial and chosen relationships, our experiences as WoC and strategies for self-care
-Light, refreshing snacks to nurture our bodies
-An aromatherapy gift to ground you during this holiday season

Classes Friday 7 - 9pm & Saturday Noon - 4:30pm.

Wellness Marketplace 5:30 - 9 p.m with DJ and onsite printing by Philadelphia Print Works.
