As this site develops and evolves, I’ll be updating this "Notes from A" page with favorite things I’d like to share like curated asana sequences for specific issues, some of my playlists, reviews of healthy food recipes from a real person who loves food, self care strategies, curly hair care, natural skin care products, random musings, things I'm learning and excited about, yada, yada, yada. You get the point-- just general good vibe stuff.
